Loading the Swish Pre-set
First download the file onto your desktop.
Then from within your graphics program select -> Edit -> Adobe PDF Presets.
Then click [import preset] and locate the file on your desktop.
You can either choose to load the preset on 1 program or you can load the preset to all Adobe products by importing it into Adobe Bridge.
Using the Swish Preset
After your job is ready and you've done the other housekeeping necessary (ie. converting fonts to curves, checking colour mixes, etc.) goto:
[save as] select [format] choose Adobe PDF [save] then choose "Swish" and press [save].
Then send the file to Swish.
